East Animas Village Commercial Center – Durango, Colorado
The commercial center incorporates an individual branch bank, two commercial buildings and two residential buildings surrounding a circular park and amphitheatre. The central park becomes an amenity to not only the adjacent buildings but an entire residential and elderly housing development on properties beyond.
