Rivergate Commercial & Lofts – Durango, Colorado
A mixed-use commercial and residential complex, which includes lower level parking, street level commercial and one and two bedroom units on the upper level. The design creates a sense of community and is sensitive to the adjacent river corridor.
Santa Rita Townhomes – Durango, Colorado
This complex is a 13 unit, multi-family, condominium project, providing residential living within a close proximity to downtown.
Stonebridge – Durango, Colorado
The proposed project consists of two buildings, one strictly residential toward the back half of the site and the other, a mixed-use against County Road 250.
